Friday: Laptop broke Saturday: Taken to Wightbyte. Diagnosed, price offered, agreed to work being done. Sunday: Work completed, and laptop returned, cleaned and working better than for ages. Cant get better service than that. Very polite and responsive. Absolutely nothing to moan about.

My iMac was running very slowly. Ian checked my software settings and diagnosed the original (6 year old) hard disk drive as the problem. He took the machine away, backed up all my data, replaced the HDD with a new solid state drive and returned my IMac, good as new, within 24 hours, for a very reasonable price. It was a wonderful, friendly, efficient, cost effective and professional service. Thank you.
