Me and my partner found this lovely stay on air BnB as a spontaneous last minute trip away. It was exactly what we were wanting, quiet, romantic, cute, cosy and secluded. We stayed in the “Silva” tiny home which had a mezzanine style layout, main living space as you walk in, leading to a kitchen supplied with everything needed for a short stay, then a bathroom at the back which was just right. Up a ladder in the main living space was the bedroom with a comfy double bed and lovely views out the windows to the natural surroundings. We chose this stay because it had 2 bath tubs outside tucked behind some paneling and decking which we used. It was lovely to bath out in the peaceful nature however we were only able to use one of the bath tubs as you were only able to fill up one tub at a time. Doing this would result in the first tub being too cold to use once the second one is ready, so we just shared one bath which was still lovely but would’ve been better and more relaxing for us to have a bath tub each, and for the main reason why we chose this particular stay. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the overall stay was wonderful! The check in process and communication with our host was nothing but smooth and easy, they even baked us welcome brownies which was a lovely touch! There was wood and all supplies needed for the fire place provided, even a communal kitchen / social area which we could use at our free will. Thankyou to Helen at “Tiny Homes” for being so lovely and a great helpful host We loved this little get away and would love to return and stay with tiny homes again

Somehow this is exactly what my family and I needed at exactly the right time. We were enchanted with our Tiny Home, and our 2.5 year old played safely and joyously in the little meadow out front every morning while we cooked breakfast. Felt a bit magical and wholesome. Amazing location for exploring the Island and easy ferry access. Helen is an exceptional host - very on top of details, warm, great taste. We voted to make it a new family tradition!

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying in three of the Tiny Homes (Saoirse being our new fave!) and each time has been as wonderful as the last. The homes themselves are beautifully built and styled with comfort at their core (each bed we've stayed in has been super comfy, no mean feat for my 6'4" husband!) crisp linen with big soft towels included. The kitchen's are really well equipped and the outside space perfect for alfresco dining. The surrounding meadows are gorgeous at any time of the year (we've stayed in winter and spring, both offering something different) and the log burners make the nights super cosy heating the whole space. Helen and her team are super friendly and helpful, nothing is a bother. Ooh and the outdoor baths and hot tub were the highlight for our son and his friend, they spent hours soaking in the tubs under the stars. If you're looking for a quirky, active, family friendly, fun, adventurous break with all the comforts of a home then I'd wholeheartedly recommend Tiny Homes, it never disappoints (don't forget to bring your bikes to cycle through the woods opposite!).

Thank you Tiny Homes for a wonderful stay on the Isle of Wight. The location was perfect, quiet but easy to find. The house itself was amazing, my daughter and I had the upstairs room as my partner had injured his knee and the ladder climb was not ideal. The chocolate brownies and flowers were lovely. Also, the outside baths were cute, I didn't partake but my partner had a very soothing open air bubble bath - I won't share photos! Definately recommended for a 'different' holiday home.

Me and my 2 daughters had an amazing stay in SILVA, which is beautifully arranged and really comfortable. The site is so tranquil and thoughtfully laid out to ensure everyone has privacy and lovely views of the surrounding wildlife. I will definitely be returning!

I attended a craft course at Tiny Homes holidays. Helen was so welcoming when I arrived, even though I was very early. She was available throughout the day making us teas and coffees. Then she provided a beautiful lunch she prepared from scratch. I wouldn’t normally choose salad but it was the nicest salad I had ever eaten. Lots of interesting and imaginative extras. This was then followed delicious homemade cheesecake for dessert. Lovely location, staff and an amazing day!

This has been one of our favourite places to stay on the island, will definitely be back! Good location - feels very quiet and secluded, but less than a 10 min drive to supermarkets. The homes were so cosy, clean and decorated really nicely. The Spa is a great extra too! Helen and Frazer were great hosts and so helpful. The Studio was great too, with lots of useful things to borrow that we forgot to pack!

Very nice and relaxing. The meadow of wild flowers was lovely and attracted lots of birds which me and partner loved. 25 minute stomp to the bus stop which takes you into Newport, but was perfectly pleasant and shaded. All the trees blocking the quite quiet road made it feel very private and countryside. Toilet door didn't actually give any privacy, effectively a wooden curtain which put us off using the composting toilet for major use. But they did have a normal private toilet in the Studio so we used that one instead.

We really enjoyed our stay! Short drive to Cowes, a seaside town. Communication with Helen & Frazer was easy. The tiny homes are lovely, surprisingly spacious, well equipped and very clean. We had a good time grilling and having dinner al fresco.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful weekend staying in the Silva, it is such a unique and beautiful place to stay and very well equipped! Helen and Frazer were great hosts and very responsive and helpful to all our questions and queries. Would really recommend staying in the Silva, the outdoor baths they have are amazing and very private! Looking forward to returning!!
