My heart sank on Sunday when our drains blocked and created what only can be described as a poonami in the back yard! Called Metro Rod Monday morning and they arrived at midday and were gone half an hour later.... What an amazing service. Metrorod came very quickly to solve our failed pump problem and backlog issue. However there was miscommunication over billing for the whole job.
